Ian Bostock

Leading the Defence Technology Review editorial team, Ian Bostock is the founder and publisher of DTR and has almost 30 years’ experience as a magazine editor and defence journalist.

Sydney born and bred, Ian is a former Australian correspondent and lead Asia-Pacific analyst for the world-renowned Jane’s Information Group, and has written hundreds of freelance contributions for a variety of respected global and regional defence publications.  

Ian has also owned and operated a small defence business, specialising in the design, development and commercialisation of innovative products to meet the needs of warfighters.
